Default What kind of scale do I need for weigh racquets?

I have a scale at home that displays 0lbs when I put my racquet on, I'm not too familiar with this kind of thing.

Anyone know where to buy one?

You need one that measures one to two decimal places of a gram.

Go to Amazon and get an American Weigh digital pocket scale SC-2kg. Less than $20, very accurate, portable, and perfect for tennis racquets.

I have just bought a digital scale that shows either grams or ounces.

My Exo3 93 is 345g strung, which seems about right if you factor a standard 15g for strings onto the 330g unstrung weight. And my old Prince Pro 110 is a hefty 372g. That one will sit in my collection of vintage rackets.

All I would say is, go digital. But it doesnt need to be anything state of the art.

For weighing small items like vibration dampeners, overgrips, and lead tape, I found it useful to have a scale that measures to the nearest 0.1 grams. The one I mentioned in my previous post can do that.

I bought an inexpensive digital scale at Target. I tested it using water and other objects of know weight and it's accurate to 1 gram.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH! It's common knowledge that tennis players can feel a fraction of a gram difference!

hahahaaaaa.....
3.5 NTRP can feel the difference of .1grams.
Anal 4.0 NTRP will whine about .5 gram difference in their sticks.

5.0 to 5.5 NTRP dudes could care less about .5 OZ difference and still dish out double bagels on court!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL, if a 5.0 can't feel .5 oz difference, he must not be playing tennis. 0.5 oz is huge.
