Ya, I remember watching Lundgren in coach mode sitting in the players' guest box a few years ago thinking he was seriously pushing maximum density. Time to enjoy life I suppose. No reason a person can't gain some weight and still be well within all of the other key measures for good health.

I saw Mats up close at the USO and he is still very trim.
Some of the elder Argentines, maybe, not so much. So I think it depends a good deal on the person (and possibly how hard they partied in their early years - that can catch up with you if you don't take some remedial measures).
