Dunlop Bio 200 Lite vs. Bio 300

Hi -

For those who have tried both racquets, can someone give me a brief overview of the difference in playability and their overall experience?
Particularly - which one was more flexible and which one had a bigger feeling sweet spot?

200 lite has more flex and less power (lowest power i have experienced)

300 has bigger sweetspot and more power (althought still pretty low)

Tricky to compare the two I would say.

Different size heads, different weight, different balance and different flex.

It depends on your preference.

I use the Bio 300 and its a lovely racket. Just enough head size to maintain good control (I find I lose control with larger heads). Nice manouvrable weight with a balance that suits the weight perfectly for me.

I'm actually quite surprised these racquets are not more popular or talked about more often because spec-wise they seem to be on the middle/light side which makes it a great platform for customization, if not used in stock form...

Dunlop's seem to be quite well respected on here, but there is a wide range to choose from so the praise is generally spread over a few models.

The 200 range is very popular with those liking a heaving stick and the 500 with those liking a lighter more power orientated racket.

I am somewhere in the middle and find the 300 in stock form to suit me just right. The 98sq head size is just right to have that control feel without being too small, the weight and balance is nice and manouvrable and the power level is such that I can take a firm hit at the ball and maintain enough control to not send it flying into the back fence.

With the range that Dunlop has, there really is something that would suit most players.

I prefer the more head light weight distribution and higher static weight of the 200 lite.

This layup seems to give me more control over my shots vs the 300.

The 300 tour would be perfect if not for the dang 18x20 string pattern.

Yes this racquet looks like a good compressed between a 200lite and a 300, maybe I will ask my wife to get me one for Christmas.

Have you tried this one? Its about 11.5 ounce strung and plays awesome. Classic Feel but great sweet spot with 18MM beam...
Add all of the technology from Donnay and the arm friendly solid racquet..

200lite. Really flexy and def no power. only when you have well developed strokes (and hit them all the time).

300. A bit more power (but still not much) and less flexx.

max 200. More than enough power, more than enough control and really nice flexy feel.

300t. more power than 200lite, as much control, but a bit more firm. small sweetspot and only if you well developed strokes.

I would say try the 200+. More weight, bigger sweatspot, more power and still loads of control.

Donnay never go on sale, I would buy one for under 100 if its possible.
