Difference between standard hard court outsole and clay court outsole?

Hi. I just found a cheap pair of ballistic 4.3's at my local tennis shop but they have the clay court outsole. What's the difference between the the standard hard court outsole and the clay court one? I only play on hard courts since there aren't any clay courts near where I live.

This was answered a week ago. Anyhow, the clay sole is much softer and will wear down very fast on hard courts. That's why they don't have a warranty. I'd either buy them and save them until you play on clay (you should try it) or leave them for someone else who is a clay court regular.
