the comfort hybrid was comfortable in the beginning, but after weeks later. it get's compressed. not to the point that it's close to the replacement. I agree with Andyroo10567 with the shock shield

do you think shock shield does a good job without taking away too much feel ? and how long does shock shiel shield take to compress down and it stops compressing anymore ?

shock shield does muted the racket. not like the 2010 blxs. For feel wise, i prefer the comfort. after the comfort compresses, then you get the feel.

How many times are you going to keep ask the same question? Why not just try it?

When i had leather on it, my Head felt normal you cold easily identyfy all eight bevel along, when i placed the gamma on - due to its thicksness all along the handle you can lose the bevel - more rounded off. Rather than keeping its head handle shape-which i really like, but for me its not really off putiing - but i need to play with with yet, only installed it yesterday morning

Wilson Shock Shield is good, but Sorbothane is significantly better.
Notice how thin the gel layer is on the Shock Shield. The Sorbothane grip is made entirely of shock-absorbing material (and then you simply wrap an overgrip over it). The cons for Sorbothane is its extra weight (Yes, even heavier than Shock Shield) and the difficulty (more like impossibility) to wrap it neatly around the butt cap |
