Default Babolat Asymmetrical handle??

I play with the pure drive Roddick (2012). I demoed dozens of rackets and I love it and it fits my aggressive baseline/all court game perfectly. That said the one I purchased has an odd handle shape that seems to taper in towards the butt cap. It is on the 3rd bevel so it makes it feel like the handle bows or bends. I thought I was crazy and just dealt with it for a while. After wrapping and re-wraping several grips it still felt that way. Finally I mentioned it to someone and they confirmed that I was not crazy ( for that at least ) and I should take it to the shop I bought it at. The racket tech didn't feel it at first but once he grabbed it in a continental grip he could feel it too. We took off the butt cap and plain as can be there is a noticeable slope towards the butt on one side of the handle. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this with Babolat. I know they are famous for their loose buttcaps but this I have never heard of. Also this is hollow all the way up the handle and I was wondering if this is new or if all Babolats are like that?

No one has experienced this? I'm going to see if the manufacturer will replace it .

That is to offset the fact that when you grip a racquet it comes out uneven no matter how you wrap it around the buttcap.

Good for customer service

Bad for quality control
