So the product development facility in Bogen may come with the license issued out of Switzerland by Marker Voelkl, which is now probably issued to Samsung C&T.

Bogen was not owned therefore by ESI of Solano but merely under its control for the duration of the license.

Although ESI is now no longer a company owned by Amincor to run Volkl/BB there was previously talk of a management buyout of the business.

Both Volkl and then Fischer got out of the tennis business, but are still in skis, which is not a good bill of health for the smaller players.

The reality is that as long as designs keep churning out of Bogen there will be product if its profitable, although it hardly seems a big earner or sensible investment for Samsung.

What I liked about the Becker frames is that they were largely traditional with integrated technology, unlike the new Volkl offerings, which are purely modern, imo. From what you've heard, should the consumer even hold out for future Becker frames, or is it time to move on? And I probably know the answer to that one already.

I agree about the London frames. Hopefully there will be versions of them in the future.
