if you have back pain

sleep on the floor or carpet like agassi used to do

if you dont trust me try it

according to doctors mattresses causes back pain

That's just a remedy, and an uncomfortable one at that. Back excercizes work like magic. They literally cure back pain. Do them 15 minutes a day for an year and you might never have back problems again.

It really depends on why you have back pain in the first place.

If you have a rubbish mattress, then sleeping on a carpet is probably an improvement. Mattresses in general are far better than they used to be, so make sure you have one that is good for your back, and not old and saggy.

i used to have back pain 5-6 years ago and i stop sleeping on the mattresses now my back is fine

it really depends of what type, area, and possible/confirmed cause of pain you can't just give an advice that you don't know if it will improve or worsen the condition just because it worked for agassi or even for you

Jeez I'm 21 and already have back problems that I don't think will ever go away. I'm sleeping on the floor tonight.

That's not the best way to go about it. Back excercizes are the way to go. Trust me on this, it's almost magical.
