I watched the video, and yes Nadal does bend over with his hands on his knees like that when he practices. Him doing that once sparked a huge debate if his knees were bothering him again on VB. He is probably doing it more than usual in this particular video, but like you said, his fitness is crap right now.

From what we have seen or heard from countless experiences from fans and quotes from other players, sportsmen, media etc, he is a generally nice guy. He is a normal human being who obviously has bad days just like the rest of us and might get irritated or angry sometimes, but nothing suggests he is 'nasty' and a 'jerk' as a whole. Again you are making one exaggeration after another.

Trust me, I am far from being a fangirl worshipper, but your comments that he is such a spoiled brat and a jerk behind closed doors have no substance as there are heaps of sources to suggest otherwise.

That's not what I meant. I just thought it was funny that you were saying you know that he's got an ugly side...even though we haven't seen it.

Again, if you can say, without personally knowing him, that it's highly likely that he is a jerk. I, too, can say, without personally knowing him, that it's equally likely that he is not.

Also, I never even came close to saying that it is impossible for him to be a jerk, the closest I came to making a comment on it was that he seems like he is not a complete a**. That is hardly making a statement one way or the other.

Not according to his own comments. He whines about them, lets them in his home, and then totally ignores them. That's rude and bratty behavior no matter how you slice it.


There are also bad experiences with him. Fans that say he won't utter a word to them and won't even look them in the eye. I once saw a video of him on youtube taking a photo with a fan with such a thunderous face that it was frightening. Just tell the fan you don't want to do it if your just going to look so angry and put out by taking the photo that you look psychotic.


One could certainly deduce that he does. He once said that he doubts the intentions of dogs/animals, and will never have a pet. Funny thing is he doesn't doubt the intentions of people, who are the most dangerous, destructive and dishonest creatures to ever roam this earth. He is weird, immature, and VERY naive.


And so does playing video games in your underwear, biting controllers, and breaking them as well. Still reading children's comic books well into your mid-twenties is immature. Guess who did/does all of those things?

But we HAVE seen it, and I have heard stories from fans and such that he can be unpleasant. The problem is ***** don't want to hear about those things so they shut them out in order to continue to live in their Nadal utopia. I have seen people on certain websites do this sort of thing time and time again.

He's never said he hates animals. And plenty of people are afraid of animals at that. Being close to his family doesn't make him immature, and there are reasons for not liking the dark, I understand it perfectly. Having some anxiety issues is not being immature either.

No, there isn't, did you miss the smiley I put?. It's simply that if anything is going to be considered stalker like it'd surely be that kind of stuff about his personal life and not a poster's comments about a public event he took part in.

Not a chance. Nadal was far from pure long before he did those ads. And the reason I don't like them is because they're crap, not because he is trying(and failing)to be sexy in them.

This could be said about people who think the sun shines out of Nadal's a**. Anything negative is immediately deemed as trolling, and then attacked fervently. Just look at Mr. Vernonbc,who still won't address me as female and instead passive aggressively attempts to insult me by calling me a "he", and that oddball Tushar, who I put on ignore eons ago because he went so far off the deep end. Both of them are trying to police what people talk about on here when it comes to Nadal because it doesn't suit them, and they want to continue their Nadal utopia. There are many others who are guilty of this as well, and one of them(feetofclay I believe)actually went as far as to try and scold me, and police what's posted on this thread a few pages ago. But that is why I used "child-like" and not "childish". It's my understanding that the former doesn't have the negative connotations of immaturity the later has.
There are aspects to his personality which are child like, like maybe his giggling, his being afraid of thunderstorms or the dark. But other than that he always comes as quite a mature person in interviews. Much more than players older than him. Maybe this is why he seems to have several friends quite older than him...

You can't be serious (not that he even has to try...).

Maybe, surely I see some of that in Nadal fans in, for example, insisting he has no problem with the anti-doping tests and is not complaining, when he clearly is (and, might I say again, has every right to). But I don't know what problem you have with Vernon or any Nadal fan here, they're all basically very nice from what I can tell. Maybe in other websites what you said would apply more...
