So there isn't going to be a Vapor 9 ID? It would have been a good chance for Nike to make a ridiculous profit off the line, because they are far more popular than the Breathe Cages(or whatever they are called now...).

Hey man, I forgot about those davis cup shoes you and I were talking about. Now I really, really wish the vapor 9 ID was coming out.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's still coming. It seems like an odd mistake to just put up "Nike ZVT ID". That's a hard thing to make up, it was most likely an error and they are trying to cover it up.

How so? If people wouldn't do an ID of a cheaper shoe, what makes a more expensive shoe more profitable. Honestly, if you look around this whole board I bet the same 6-8 people inquiring about ID ing a shoe are the only ones going to do up a pair. If you look at some of the new threads started up its consicious minded buyers trying to get more bang for their buck or dudes trying to wear down their shoes before the 6 month warranty is up

The reason why most people don't ID the Breathe 2k11's is because these shoes aren't as good as the Vapors(most lightweight) or the Courtballistecs(most durable), in terms of their major selling points. Since Vapors and Courtballistecs are more popular than the 2K11's, it would only make more sense that there would be more purchases of custom Vapor ID shoes than 2K11's. Also, the main reason anyone would ever ID a shoe is because they want a different colorway than the stock ones from Nike each season. I personally would wear it down until they weren't playable anymore and just wear those as casual shoes.

My own personal shoe, would love it if I could design the Vapors like this.

I see your point but the 2k11's have a BIT more or equal wear time than the Vapors, in my opnion. Nevertheless, I'll probably end up doing a pair. I hope their's a variety of color options.

I would definitely buy a pair if they offered more colors such as the ID's for the free runs, Kobe's, Lebron's, and KD's. They barely offer any colors for the 2k11s and to me, the colors offered are pretty boring.

Nobody does the ID of the cheaper one not because of the cost, but because nobody likes the shoe. People actually like the Vapors, therefore they'd buy them.

The 2k11 isn't a bad shoe, especially if you can customize the sole for clay or grass. To me the id price for that particular shoe is the main turn off. You can get 2k11's discounted on the major auction site for @ $60.
