Default Dinner last night; What did you eat???

I had a glourious salad. Usually I don't like em', but it's better than fast food.

Did the OP name himself after the top two grades of beef? Is this a clue to what he wants to eat tonight? Will CutterCanner (lowest two grades) chime in here?
