Head Youtek IG Instinct Question

Hey I have a quick question,

I'm using 3x Head IG Instincts 16x19 string pattern and I was wondering if I'd be able to use Prestige Head Guards on them? I'm forever cleaning my shoes as I play on Artificial Grass and it wrecks the side of the frame.

I'm not sure, but I'd say the Instinct and Prestige Pro lines (both having a 16x19 pattern) are from different moulds, so if I'm correct the answer would be "no".

I too use the head instinct. when you contact can you return to this and tell me if you can use the prestige head gaurd? thank you

I don't believe prestige moulds are even close to the instinct, so my bet would be no. However I'm sure with enough money a custom company like P1 / RPNY might be able to help you somehow...

I'm going to say no, because the Instincts have shared holes...the IG Prestige Pro, while 16x19, does not have shared holes. The IG Prestige S is a 16x19, with shared holes, so it's the only one that might, and even then, since Instincts are either 100 or 102 sq in, while the Prestige S is a 98, it still might not work.

See, I know a player on the tour, who's using 16x19 IG Prestiges and I've asked him if he could find out anything, I'm ringing up head this week too find out if they could custom mould them if not I'll try something else.
