Is this the first time ever JJ has been picked in SDL? Some distant memory says JBF might have picked him in USO over Novikov - and lost....

Yeah, quite a few people (including myself) took him for the USO R1 and were knocked out. Between his loss there and his Murray victory here, someone could have made a ton of money from the bookies.

Good job on making it this far! Your strategy of conserving the GOATs Llodra and JJ for the end has worked out quite nicely.

Au contraire, I did pick Novikov in the PPL against him and came up big at the USO - but didn't pick him in SDL, of course.

BTW this has to be the record for minefields in one single event. Incredible skill/luck to make it far in this event.

With Jerzy's win, Locotus has moved up to #2 in the Race and can move up to #1 (by only 10 points) if Llodra wins the tournament.

That's right! You had Klahn as well, thus two 40-pointers in the same tournament. Those were the days....

That would have been something out of this world.

Anyway. It's been a pure pleasure navigating through this minefield of a tourny.
Thx again to Jay, Kish & CDN for making this happen.
See you all in London!
