pros use pronation and they also contact the ball with their racquet slightly to the side, not straight up from their arm.

as a PTR certified pro who has assisted NCAA coaches since 1995 I know of no other more thorough, basic rudimentary or excellent advice to beginners/intermediate players than that given by Vic Braden. The other coaches seem to forget the basics wheras Braden focuses on them. You can't go from 5.0 to 6.0 without personal instruction. Although lessons will cut the time in half, one can go form total beginner to decent intermediate without any le$$ons..the info is out there. Thank you Mr. Braden!!!
