Yeah..
1. DunlopHDHardcourts. 2. Any Penn 3. Wilsons, especially if you want to impress people with your serving prowess. |

Good thing about Dunrocks.... you hit a first serve into the body, and it's got penetration.
Bad thing about Dunrocks....your opponent crushes one at you, almost taking your 10 oz racket out of your hands. What goes around, comes around. With Wilson's, it feels like you're Conan the Barbarian, smacking the heck out of the ball with impunity. |

I usually use the Dunlops. They certainly play better if there's a breeze. I have played with lighter balls before and having to change your feet at the last second because of a gust of wind is not fun.
Lee makes a good point with the heavier ball though, with the moral being...strike first and strike hard!

Dunlop Balls last forever.... But they are hard and heavy.

Light...flies long, less knapp, lighter weight, more air pressure.
Heavy, like Dunlops...flies short, more knapp, much more weight, constant lighter air pressure, and when you hit your wide serves, a mishit doesn't get to the net. |
