Call them to make sure, but based on this, I would say yes.

I dont really use anything from asics but if they have a website look for contact us and email them saying if they have this particular shoe in any asics distributor/store in a location you can reach.

Do you know that Tennis Warehouse sponsors this site?

Do you know that sales tax is charged in New York City for any shoe that costs over $110?

I saw that Asics is re-issuing the GR3 in December; wonder if TW will have them? The 3 is better than the 4, IMO.

GR3 fits better and is more stable and comfortable for me. They made the GR4 toe box too narrow.

Carl, wassup! Tell me, bro, I just dug out an almost new pair of GR2's and have been wearing them offcourt this past week. They're getting much more comfortable but I'm not sure about their stability...not the right fit around my high-arched ankles. Were the GR3's an upgrade in that category and they went back to the GR2 setup for the GR4???

Pretty much, Major Tom.
What size are your GR 2's?

I'm going to NYC for the first time next month and wouldn't mind picking up a spare pair of GR4s while i'm there. Are there any good brick and mortar tennis shops worth checking?

I gathered that from the thread, thanks, but was hoping to go somewhere that sells stuff for under RRP.

Good luck with that...Asics price-protects very firmly. Google "Grand Central Tennis"...they have several locations in NYC. BTW, their retail success is a great story...the owner started as a stringing service for commuters on the run. He had a kiosk in Grand Central Station (hence the name) where you could drop your racquets in the AM and pick them up on the way home.

Cool, cheers - will check them out. Some shops here you can find Asics stuff with about 15% off the RPP so thought it would be the same in the States.
