Has the prohibition against spoilers in the general pro discussion been dropped by TT mods?
Or are the mods simply overwhelmed by the number of idiots new to TT and oh so eager to be the first one to report match results?

I find the concept of spoiler prohibition silly.
No offense to you, but if I don't want to know who won a tennis match, it would be pretty idiotic to head straight for a tennis forum on pro tennis. I think moderators probably have better things to do than making sure idiots are kept in the dark.

The're probably busy modding other areas or just busy with their private lives to do anything.
EIther that or people aren't reporting these spoiler threads.

It doesn't really seem like that big of a deal, anyway.

People need to report spoiler threads. I find that if I report one it's usually taken down within a few hours.
General pro player discussion is probably the lowest quality section, so if I was modding it I would just leave it and remove whatever posts are reported with good reason. |
