If it truly breaks on accident, there is nothing you can do and just send it back. However, we are definitely able to tell when a racquet is broken on accident or on purpose (all of us have broken a racquet or two in our life time shhhh!).

The tension will be what we string our demos at. If the playtester selects XCel, the racquet will be strung at mid +2 lbs. If the playtester selects RPM Blast, the racquet will be strung at mid -2 lbs.

Update:

The sign-up for this playtest is now CLOSED. We have had an abundance of willing participants and look forward to hearing all your responses. An email will be sent out by Thursday, November 15th to all who were selected with the playtest racquet following a week later. Thank you.
