Default Signing an incorrect scorecard

During a District match what is the penalty if by accident the captain wrote the wrong player down on the scorecard? For example: If you had 2 players with the same first name(Charles)and you inadvertently wrote down the "wrong Charles" and they played the match and won, does this match count as a win?
