No wonder players in this forum feel so free to disregard the advice given in books and magazines published in the 1960s and '70s. They look at how old the pros of that era now are, and they imagine that it was a long time ago.

I've never felt that someone being 60 (or 80) disqualified him from giving great advice. Quite the opposite, actually.
