i REALLY wish TW could reprogram shopping cart for the giftcards US shipping is supposed to be free instead of being charged 5.95 each time. i have asked for a refund which they said will take 5 days. i ordered again but will now have to ask for another refund. kind of annoying. thank you and please look for my refund request email...again. p.s. - thanks for the holiday gift card discount!!!!  |

We are having issues with orders for gift card orders under a certain amount so we are having to manually remove the shipping on those gift card purchases. Sorry for the inconvenience, and please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email if you are mistakenly charged for shipping on the gift cards.

Hey TW: What is up with the ability to use the gift cards on Nike and Babolat? is that a no to using them on any of those brand's items? if not can you be more specific?

The reason is due to manufacturers restrictions. Regarding Nike, we have programmed those items that are restricted on this sale to not be discounted. If it goes through to your cart, you can purchase it with the gift cards. Siobhan, TW

Ahh! Looks like I missed out on this again. Was probably going to get one myself, but I also also planned to make a hint to my relatives about the deal. I was hoping to get a gift card that I could use on the 25th anniversary prestige

SAdly I missed out too because despite my requests for either an onlline card or someone to look at the shipping costs outside of the UK,I couldn't get anywhere! I thought 30-50 $ depending on service was a bit OTT!?
I thought one of those 25th prestige racquets might be a good way to spend some pennies on my first prestige! |
