Hello,
I'm new to this forum, so if this is in the wrong location, forgive me. I have a question about racquet grips. Here's the situation. I have a Head Radical Tour MP that I bought used, not through this forum. The grip was 4 5/8 but has been, shall we say altered to a more rounded shape. My question, is there any feasible and reasonable (monetarily) way to have this restored to the factory shape? Thanks. |

Guy's I am new to this forum stuff, But i had to do it. The racquet manufacturers are building total junk, I have been in tennis for thirty five years and have played with three decades of tennis racquets including wood, metal and fiberglas and graphite. and the truth is dunlop, wilson babolat, prince, from yonex, etc. are taking us to the cleaners with pure junk. ask any pro stringer and they will tell you they have never seen more tennis elbow in the history of tennis. The more i look into this, the angrier i get. I.d like to inform you that tour professional racquets go through a different and higher quality manufacturing process, The racquets you and i buy at the store are "high quality plastic" which they call polymers another nice word for plastic. this is an insult. I will never buy a new racquet and if we all stay away from this new junk, the racquet makers will respect us a little more. by now you probably know roger fed plays with 25 year old technology. an old prostaff painted to look like the real thing. and by the way the strings are total garbage with millions of strings to choose. I don't want to burst any bubbles but this the plain truth about todat junk racquets.

hi,
would like to purchase Wilson rackets for my children. I am seeking recommendations on which rackets I should buy. Based on your feedback, I will have the kids demo 4 rackets and then purchase the ones they like best. Here is some info on my kids: 1) My daughter is 7 (she's big for her age), she is a beginner; she has taken about 5 tennis lessons and takes a weekly group clinic, and went ... metal and fiberglas and graphite. and the truth is dunlop, wilson babolat, prince, from yonex, etc. are taking us to the cleaners with pure junk. ask any pro stringer and they will tell you they have never seen more tennis elbow in the history of tennis. The more i look into this, the angrier i get. I want to buy a Fischer frame but, as you know, they stopped producing sticks. Still I think there must be some stores out there which do have some sticks (like the M-Pro 9

would not want to open a new topic for one question. wrote in TW-support, but for some reason there is no answer. Nevertheless, the question is very relevant to me. I want to order Prince O3 White, with the strings. as I understand, this racquet has two variations throat grommet. how I could choose to have on the already stretched delivered racket were installed hard grommet. tell me, who have already ordered this frame on TW?

Could TW please tell me whether the headlite balance points indicated in ther specs are after stringing or before.
eg: BLX Tidal wave is shown as 6 points Headlite. After stringing does it become only 3 points lite? |

All the specs are for strung racquets.

when you go to a sports shop to purchase a new racket, do you need to tall the person in the shop as much information about your game as possible in order for them to help you pick the right racket?
I haven't played for a while and I never really understood a few things. I have no idea what my style of play is, I also have no idea what my swing speed is, what strings I prefer or what string tension best suits me. any ideas please? |
