Default Anyone know if there is a Head Speed pro 2013?

Really like the specs of this racquet, but the ig version is not in the U.S. Anyone know if there's going to be a Graphene Speed Pro and if it will sell in the U.S.?

No there won't be. The Speed MP 315 will be renamed to Speed Pro though

the head rep dropped off 8 new 2013 racquets to be strung for her demo bag.
new paint job on speed the one I saw close was 11.7 oz.
the racquet has new gimic also alled hyrogen or something like that, head claims it makes a better feel.

Yes. Head rep came by the other day and there will be both MP and Pro versions of the Graphene Speeds. The pro with an 18x20 string pattern, 100" head and 11.1 Oz I believe.

You probably mean the new Graphene technology?

Don't see why they would change the 98 sq inch head size

Because the lighter 18/20 is now relabelled the pro and the former pro is extinct according to the information someone else posted.

Wanted a more forgiving stick I guess. Head shape is different too, more oval compared to the circular heads the past couple years.

I believe at least the MP and the Pro. I think the other one was the S or the Rev? That was either 100 or maybe a little bigger. Then there's the PWR series coming out too and I think those are all oversized.

I don't think so. They're just updating the speed line naming to fit with their other lines which have a pro, mp and s. from what I've heard the speed pro will be similar to the mp, but 18x20. Will know more on Friday.

Anything in particular you'd like to know if I get a chance to talk with the rep?

Default Head Speed Pro

Hey,
My name is John. If you had a chance to ask him, it would be great to hear the supposed swingweights for the new Speed Pro and the new Speed MP. Just curious. Thanks.
