Default Quick question!

I just want someone to answer this question, then you can delete this stupid thread

Why do some players have different stencils, in this case I think of Novak when he played with Wilson in '07, he had this little reversed triangle below "W" logo, after which he changed to similar one like Rogers...

It's for the company of the string that he was using, which at that time was Tecnifibre X-One Biphase I believe (hence the Tecnifibre stencil). A famous example of this is Sampras, who had the wilson stencil on his racquet but also the babolat logo because he used their strings.
I'm still not sure why some players use the stencil and some don't but I guess it's something to do with sponsorships or a lack thereof

Some players still stencil the string brand. Especially the luxilon and pacific logo

IMO players use the string brand stencil because they probably are sponsored by that brand. But I'm not sure...

A stencil is part of the sponsorship deal. VS and Bow Brand were the first, followed by Ashway and other companies that did not make frames.

All part of their sponsorship or committment or contract to the company they are working with..Some people just stencil without any contracts to look cool

He used Tecnifibre X-one Biphase while using the Nblade PJ, thus the Tecnifibre stencil. He switched to Wilson Gut/ALU Power Rough after he went to the Kblade PJ
