the outlook surely is bright, the insight should hopefully live up to it.

A girl should always pull her nylons to the maximum tension so that they shred easily as soon as the match starts.

If the tension is right and the bed is full , at what stage should i change setup and/or demand a medical time out?

Go with a gut/poly and you will get the best results including improve control, spin, power, and comfort. Only downside is price.
I'm going to have try gut/poly again. The Exo Tour is so low powered, I strung my last two rackets at 50 pounds with the Discho Microfibre. It also breaks strings like no other racket.

I wish Laserfibre Super Natural Pro Stock was still around so I can at least try the best multi ever made .
I'm looking forward to trying out the RPNY but I have to test the Genesis strings first.

I saw the Mikeler's Nylons comment and I knew trouble was brewing. Funny stuff.

Ever try the string inserts to reduce movement and save your strings?

I have not tried those yet. I'm not going to mess with the Exo for awhile. No lead, no inserts etc. My arm is at 95% and getting better slowly but surely. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Btw, ever try Allen Iverson's or the Hingis arm sleeve to warm your arm?

I tried that it affects the friction and allows for longer play without the nylons breaking too much...

They act like stayups i.e. the nylons dont move around a lot.

I have one of those in the trunk. It does work, I need to start using it again before matches.

Using the Thera-band Flexbar before playing warmed the elbow and forearm so well it allows pain-free play. No longer need to ice my elbow after tennis.

The flexbar was great for my GE but sometimes it causes pain on the TE side. I stopped using it awhile back.

The ...bar is good for my G-string and it moves around a bit and occasionaly causes aches in the area.
I started using it a long time ago and the tension seems to die naturally.
As fresh bed of natural is more forgiving and the elbow seems to prefer it too.

I am trying some PC600s and PT600s at the moment and experimenting with setups and tensions.
i have long strokes and topspin comes naturally to my game. I feel like trying gut with a soft copoly to get a nicer hold of the ball and stay on it longer.

What gut do you guys like in midsize classics like pc600 /pt600s?

Mikeler, can you check out the thread I recently started a little while ago looking for a recommendation in Strings? Thanks.

Sorry to hijack your thread with a Nylons double entendre my man.

Still though, the last few pages of posts have been just eye watering
