Tennis is a funny game. Ups and downs. Somtimes you play great and actually get in a zone and other times it just feels toatally awkward - like the first time on a court.

Our last 2 matches were polar opposites. Funny what happens when one of us is on and the other is off. It is like a 1 point NTRP difference.

Lol. I don't understand why it's so hard for me to see out there under those lights. It seems bright enough but every ball looks like a knuckle ball. I'm sure ill get used to it after a few more sessions, but I was dumping forehands and framing them like crazy.

Last night was even more weird since it was cloudy the whole time. It felt so dark to me.

At the suggestion of Mikeler, I'm posting here to see if anybody can hit this week, starting Wednesdday afternoon late. I'm attending a tradeshow and will be in town until Saturday. I could hit early in the morning, or after 5pm Thursday or Friday.
I'm a male 4.5.

Lake Cane is not far from the hotels.
I could hit sometime Wednesday after 5pm, and early in the mornings Thursday and Friday. Also would be available around 5:30 Thursday and Friday.

If you go to meetup with him, just be warned there are a lot of middle school aged kids that play at Lake Cane and he can be hard to spot among that height crowd. Just look for the white sideburns.

Nah, not playing today. I'm younger in age but I think your body is in better shape.

True story about gray hair. I'm 20 years old on a European train with a buddy of mine and he goes "Holy smokes, you already have a gray hair". So of course I think he is pulling my chain and I go to the bathroom to check it out a few minutes later and sure enough, there it is. So I start looking over at his hair and I spot one on him. This guy is really vain and it just freaks him out when he finds it. Been all downhill ever since...

Got to play the "gator" this afternoon/tonight, thanks to you Mikeler for the suggestion to post here, and thanks to "gator" for hitting with me tonight.
Felt great to get out and burn some energy as I'm here on business for the next few days and that means food, lots of food!

Don't know if I wore him out, but gave it a shot.
