Default Former Slam champions turned coach?

I see Juan Carlos Ferrero will begin coaching Nicolas Almagro, at least on a part-time basis, in the new year.

http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/news/t...041418566.html

Ferrero thus joins Ivan Lendl as a former Slam champion turned coach on the current tour.

In the past, Tony Roche and Jimmy Connors took up coaching duties. How many other former Slam champions have done so or are still doing so?

Didn't Goran coach Cilic for a while?

Mauresmo coached Llodra on grass for a bit.

So far, we have had Roche, Connors, Lendl and now Ferrero, all former GS winners who have coached, are coaching or are preparing to coach other players.

Have there been any others?

Mats Wilander has coached both men and women. Pat Cash and John McEnroe had brief coaching stints.

Petr Korda proved an excellent coach to Stepanek.

The only recently retired player I can think of that might be a really good coach is Agassi. His technical knowledge and strategic brilliance could be very helpful to someone on the verge of making a breakthrough. He also appears to have the rare ability to communicate and relate to anyone, something that not a lot of great players have.

I agree, Agassi would make a fantastic coach.
