Regional Nationals 14

Im 19 in the Missouri Valley would i be able to get into regionals in any of the 4 tournaments? i don't really know how that works.

Do you have a coach you can ask?

You can sign up for one that's nearest you and hope you get selected. Or you can sign up for all four and get into the first one that takes you.
