Default Five Questions for Vince Spadea

Dan Markowitz, author of "Break Point" The Secret Diary of a Pro Tennis Player, recently wrote an article about the possible 2013 comeback of Vince Spadea. I asked Dan if he would mind inviting Vince to the Talk Tennis Boards for some Q & A. Dan thought that I could give him a list of five questions which he would foreward to Vince. We want the questions to involve: detailing trainning, diet plans, tournament schedule, ETC. But all questions will be considered.

My idea is to ask for help with my five questions for vince. Please respond with serious trainning related questions (please do not joke or be overly sarcastic with this, I want some good questions for Vince because it would be great to see a 38 year old on the comeback trail!) Once Vince answers, I'll re-post with his exact responses!

So bring on the question ideas! Thanks!!!

Q: When you hit with Djokovic recently, did you think how easy it would be to win now, with Fed on the decline and Nadal yet to come back to form?

Q: What level are you going to come back at? Are you going to be playing Challengers until you get a wildcard into an ATP 250 event, and what's your diet and training routine like?

Do you think anybody would be Afraidea??? Just Kidding! Couldn't resist.

The serious questions would be what type of cardio exercises would you use to prepare as the game today is extremely fast? Also, are you considering any special diets including supplements such as vitamins etc.? Will you be focused on more events in the States rather than abroad for the shorter term?

You have played tennis with and beaten Agassi, Sampras, Nadal, Federer and you also have hit extensively Djokovic, what was so difficult about playing each one and which one of this fabulous five would you say is the best of all. (Spadea aint afraidea!!)

He has wins over Sampras, Agassi, Federer and Nadal. Were there any better in the time frame Spadea was playing?

I've done that as well. He's more likley to respond to his good friend Dan Markowitz who has agreed to pass along five questions to Vince for me. The five questions have now been submitted to Dan and I'll await a response from Vince then post the answers. Take Care,

What racquet will he be making his comeback with? His trusty old POG OS?

He is a Donnay sponsored player now. He has been using the X-Dual Gold 99 and the Pro One 97 16x19.
