Disgusting amount of money, but he is the GOAT, so

This is just the same as practise. All the top players have vacationed already and are in pre-season training.

Im sure they are combining this $$$ trip with intense training. Its great for the players and the fans, who would never normally see Federer/Sererna etc live.

Anyway the off season debate has been done ad nausem, so I'll say no more on it.

Im looking forward to Saturday's matches, hope they dont goof around too much though.

TW just (exclusively) added the flag-inspired colorways of the RF hat that were posted on Facebook earlier. Interesting, but I have better things to do with $26.

I'm sorry I didn't know there was already a thread about this.

I posted the YouTube streams for these matches in this thread.

Don't worry about it.
As to the previous request for proof, here's the article I took the $2,000,000/match figure from. Tweets and other less-reputable websites back up this crazy figure.

At least in the GOAT's defense, he doesn't complain much about this. His rivals do.

LOL, since when has Peng-Shuai EVER been considered a 'glamour girl'.

And Lol, so Federer will pocket in 6 mathces over 10 days the same amount Djoker amassed in prize money this year - INSANE!

That is what they are paying him, I'm from argentina, the tickets are really expensive, starting at 100 dollars and up to 400. Most of the money was put by sponsors anyway, cellphone companies supermarkets, etc that give away the tickets to their customers. There was supposed to be only one match here but the cheapest tickets were sold in minutes so they added the second day. Wanted to go but too expensive and impossible to get the cheap tickets.

I might watch the Delpo and Tsonga matches. Great that they're being streamed though not sure if Federer should be playing instead of taking a rest..

I don't think these matches are going to take much out of him. Plus, no way any sane person would pass up that kind of money.
