Took a few minutes to get it adjusted..then it was great.

Congrats! If you come up with some unique routines or workouts after using your machine a few months please post them.

I worked on forehands first...then just hit backhands...then oscillating. What a great workout.

I had one of those but I was hardly using it as I seemed to have a game almost every day often twice a day. So I sold it.

Once in a while in the off season when there isn't anyone around to play I wish I hadn't ... It was a very nice ball machine. I like the speed it can throw at ... really gives you practice hitting heavy balls if you want it.

btw - I have a volvo s80 (sedan) and it fit fine in the trunk on it's side
