Looks like Federer is using Luxilon 4G for his cross strings.

I don't get it. I know people in Brazil wants to see some good tennis. I understand this. but Is it really sensible for this country to put up this kind of money for tennis or tennis player any kind ? Even if he is the GOAT but he is not worth that kind of money especially for a poor country.
If USA put up this kind of money, I would say That is fine, they can afford to waste some money but not other countries.

What are you-nuts? You think that the country put any money in this?? Except 4 the tickets of course the rest is sponsorship. And you bet those people who bought the tickets are so disgustingly rich those 300usd is nothing to them. Believe me I am living in Brazil

Brasil a poor country? maybe bad distributed income but brasil is the 5th economy in the world. Besides it's all sponsored by gillete and other companies. As an exhibition in USA why? you have a slam, masters, etc, you can see all the good players every year and playing real tennis for the points.

Does anyone know what was the whole stuff being thrown on the court at the end of the Fed-Tsonga match about?
Looked like it was very hot inside the stadium, people were sweating.

Man Federer is really pandering to the people of Brazil. He was playing tennis in the Brazil football team uniform yesterday.

He is just trying way too hard. Probably because he is getting paid millions.

If I were being paid $1.5 million for a hit & giggle I'd gladly "try too hard".

I think he just wants to make it up to them for the fact that he doesn't play any official matches there, or in South America.

The old man needs the money considering he won't have much success in the foreseeable future.

Who knows? He might. The Son of God is currently occupied with donkey cheese for his restaurant.

That hat is ... a bunch of really loud colors.

(Not so much separately, but the combination is just ... really loud.)

I think I prefer the red and white version my shirt comes in.
