If furnace and water heater are newer than the 60s, that will be good. The old ones can last forever, but newer ones are so much more energy efficient. Are the windows and roof newer as well? Original windows are probably letting out a lot of heat if they weren't replaced in the remodel.

Good luck! Is this your first house?
thanks for the advice.
this is a upgrade to a single family house from a 2003 townhouse.
we are think about putting a bid bcz the schools are higher ranked than the ones we have now. otherwise, wouldnt want to move. I have tennis courts and an adjace playground within 50 steps from my place now.

zap: rice looks really nice and fluffy. really like the soup. chicken must really taste great. really like the tomatoes. did u make any sauce to dip the chicken in? nice and colorful. definitely wifey approved since it has veggies.

we want to move more south between 495 and 270. but heard property value going up so have to decide soon.

I bought the new house at a bad time, but I sold the old one at a good time. The mortgage on your primary house is kind of like funny money. As long as you aren't over-extended on the monthly payment, none of it really matters until you cash out and rent. And no, I still haven't fixed the brake on the machine yet. I only string once a month or so, but Ill try tinkering with it again next time.

In somewhat related news, I am starting to fall out of love with Genesis Typhoon though. Feels amazing the first 6 hours, then it seems to stretch too much and turn your racquet into a rocket launcher. I have BHB7 in my other racquet and I'm liking that so far. I have a set of MSV Focus Hex that Ill put in next, and Ill restring one with Black Magic again too. I liked the Black Magic a lot, but I had my best two matches recently with the BHB7, so Ill need a side by side comparison.

In Indiana high school news, the Bloomington South girls' basketball team beat Arlington High 107-2. "Daffy" Martha Douglas led Arlington with 2 points, and Shirley "Hedgehog Hands" Flatley had one assist after bouncing the ball off Douglas's face and into the basket.

Hw,

So under your theory the odds that daffy's team are lesbians is very low. Right?
