) at my friends and stumbled across this movie "
Hungry For Change" on netflix
Pretty interesting documentary...few interesting things I remember on top of my head are:
- We are not eating food anymore...we are eating food like products
- No matter how many calories you eat...if you are not getting the proper nutrition, you will stay hungry
- Parsley cleanses your entire blood supply and it also gives you fresh breath, it contains so much chlorophyl that it cleanses the whole system
- Cilantro binds with the mercury and eliminates it from the body so it doesn’t get lodged in your brain cells
- Smoothie with parsley and cilantro and you have done your detox
