I got a pair of tgk 238.4 recently and noticed the length of the tgk is 26.75 inch long. I know it is customized to players but can someone confirm is this common for pro stock?

No it's not common for any stick to be less than 27 inches. Prostock hairpins, for Head at least, start at around 28 inches and are cut down to desired length from there.

Never heard of anyone having a shorter frame then 27 inch before, but i can understand why! The shorter length gives more mobility and also better control.

First time I've heard of a pro stock actually being shorter than standard length, but totally possible I'm sure. Maneuverability might be incredible.
I have two tgk 231.1s and an extended 231.2 and would love to find another .2 some day. Love it. |

Actually after measuring what I have, only one tgk 223.2 is normal at 27 inch. 2 tgk 238.4, 1 tgk 269.1 and 1 pt 10 are all 26.75.
I also have one pt 280 which is also 26.75 inch long. |

Yes, this more than likely. HEAD frames seem to distort more from stringing than any of the other frames I've had, and yes I've owned a few pro stocks as well.
