I just bought a stringer but the guy said that it doesn't have a tension head. So basically the only thing missing is I cant tell the tension for the racket. Where can I get a tension head?

Well without a tension head you really cannot string the racquet at all since the tension head is what pulls the string. Are you sure that's what you are missing? What kind of partial stringing machine did you purchase?

2nd Max Ply. Can't advise unless we know what you thought you purchased. Picture or a list of the parts (manufacturer?) you do have would really help. As far as buying a tension head (if that is really what's missing) tennismachines.com would probably be able to sell you a used one.

What brand machine? Tension heads are not interchangeable between brands. Trust me, I've tried. The only tension head that will work with almost any machine is a Wise 2086 Pro.
If you are the same person from String Forum, you'll need to call Gamma.

Sorry, There was another guy looking for a Gamma tensionhead.
True Ten, is that the one with the dual action swivle clamps? I worked on one before, the dial guage on tension adjuster was broke. The only way to set the tension is to use a calibrator, everytime you string a racket, or string at the same tension all the time.

It a great design, but the clamps wear out. Use a calibrator/scale to set the tension.

If it were me, I'd see if a Wise Tennis Head would work. Those Tru Ten heads will be hard, if not impossible, to findd.

True Ten and Czech Tension machines are even worse than Eagnas. At least with Eagnas you can still get spare parts, though expensive, they are still available.
