Thats all it takes for the paint to chip on a Bab.

Perhaps they don't exclusively use a NEOS?

I think it would be of benefit to use one type of machine, and people have asked before, and the answer from TW has always been a NEOS.

They gave you a return label. Use it if a paint smudge matters that much to you. You spent $200 on a Babolat. That means you already got ripped off big time, so you might as well get a museum quality finish...even if it'll crack next week.

Not to point out the obvious, but the implication here is that they don't exclusively use one machine.

Either way, the Babolat paint sucks.

Just call up TW Customer care and tell them that you received damaged products from them. TW has, I believe, the best customer service. They are always pleasant and will bend over backwards for you...unlike the express people.
