Yonex sht 308

I bought 3 pairs of the new SHT 308 color orange for Clay courts, while in Australia last week, they are awesome, superb grip and still easy to slide and light.

I agree, they look very nice.

A few places, top serve, tennis warehouse and another one or 2 places have them. Both for clay and hard court, on my way back for the Australian Open I'll get the hard core ones, right now I'm on red dirt.

Yeah, I looked at it and there was no second choice, that was the one, next week in about 7 days i'll be flying there again, this time i'll take a few of the red ones for hard court sessions .

Thanks for sharing,,I like the red Yonex SHT 308EX, with the new line coming out-2013, the 308 should go on sale and then I'll bag a pair.

Um, they have been on sale for a while now, was $109 now $89. Better snag some quick or they will be gone!

How do the 308s fit compared to the 304s? TW says the 304s are roomy in the forefoot and the 308s are standard. I would prefer a roomier forefoot. I've used an older model 304 and 107s, both fit me well.

They could drop more but they may not because the supply of Yonex shoes in the US is a lot smaller than Adidas shoes. Try looking for some older model Yonex shoes. If you do find any, they will likely be in extreme sizes like 14 or 6.

There are never any sizes left that any body actually wears in Yonex shoes after the initial markdowns. There are only size 4, 5, or 6 left after the first markdowns to $89, then they mark them down to like $69 to try to incent someone to buy the leftovers in the crappy sizes. If u wear a normal size like size 9 thru 12, you better grab them at $89. I just did, ordered a red size 11!

Wawrinka is wearing the white and blue yonex shoes, I liked the older red one, if I find them in promotion I'll get them instead the newer ones, it's the same shoe essentially, when I'm practicing a lot with players on hard court it is a shoe a month, so cheaper prices will help me

even here the price of 308 fluctuates. i saw the other day it was $89. now it is $109.

after many months after starting this thread, I finally ordered a pair in white/navy.... honestly it was a tough one for me, to choose between the 308 and the Vapor9 in holiday colors (really love that colorway).
Now I cant wait for it to arrive and hit the courts
