For all you new initiates to this thread, here is a list of the cutesy nicknames that have been pinned to these WTA top 100 athletes: Not in any particular order; pardon the spelling errors
- Masha = Maria Sharipova - Makiri = Maria Kirilinko - Jules = Julia Goerges - Bepa = Vera Zvonereva (this one baffles me because Bepa is Russian for Vera, but Bepa is no shorter than Vera) - Domi = Dominica Cibulkova - Dani = Daniella Hantukova - Agi = Agnieska Radwanska - Vika = Victoria Azaranka - Ivey = Iveta Benesova - Petko = Andrea Petkovic - Caro = Caroline Wozniaki - Ula = Urszula Radwanska - Sabs = Sabine Lisiki - Tsveti = Tsvetana Pironkova I've been following this thread for too long! |

Here is the deal, for me, if Serena is at one end of the spectrum and Dani is at the other, then give me Dani all day and night long. She is tall, lean, fit,(I've seen her play) the pic with her standing on the surf board in a crouch, yup does it for me, I'd surf that all day long.
