AO and fed does not belong in one sentence, he cant win on this damn slow courts. Djoker gonna do it and is clearly the favorite now that rafa is also out.

Mental block was already gone in Wimbledon final last year, unlike his other 3 slam finals Murray fought from the beginning till the end and lost a close match, as much as it's hard for people to swallow Murray didn't fail to show up mentally but got outplayed.

Federer can do it no doubt. There's not much between these guys and a galaxy of unforeseen tiny factors can affect matters. These are sportsmen not cyborgs. But the best of all is I have got my tickets for the semi final on Thursday night the 24th. I'm really hoping to see Fed there doing his stuff.

I guess you forgot that Djokovic defeated Fed in London in Nov? So much for your 'fast indoor grass' yammering. I do think Djokovic is still the clear favorite; I'd probably put Murray a hair in front of Roger for 2nd choice (pending draw). Having said that, if Fed brings an aggressive gameplan and serves well and avoids some big guy (Berdych, Tsonga, etc) getting hot and upsetting him in the QF, he could easily bag his 5th.

Federer will lose to Berdych in the night QF/SF match.
And be as successful as Djokovic and Nadal in defeating Federer in 3/4 slams.

Depends on the feddy on a given day, i dont think he will lose to berdych this time although he remains a threat, fed should play cool as he is not a favorite for AO anyway. I think he got that pressure get to him in uso this year and stressed that djoker is favorite even though he won cincinatti

Djoko's form dropped off massively from 2011, still he was the best in the world but Fed more than held his own, and it was still close by the end of the year the fight for the #1 ranking. AO courts will favor Djokovic should they meet, but I've always believed in Fed, and trust that he'll find a way or at least make it a battle.

If Murray draws Fed in the semis I think Murray would be the favorite. If they happen to meet in the final, Fed would be the favorite. Djokovic would be the heavy favorite to beat Fed no matter what.

Berdych with more spring in his legs than Federer, more aggression and at night where the ball zips through the court a little quicker = Devastating upset. We saw it in Miami and USO, we've also seen it at Wimbledon.

Roger will be a contender for the AO, no doubt, but he is not the fav. He needs to avoid Djokovic, I just can't see him getting past him at this point. Federer needs to avoid Berdych, and Murray on route to the final also, if he is to increase his chances, because even if he wins, those matches could take a lot out of him.

Fed is not going to win the AO. Eeyore has already won it.

Federer is not beating Murray or Djokovic in slams. That train has left the station in 2012.

I'm so sure I'm tempted to put some money where my mouth is and place a large bet, and I'm not normally a gambling man. Love him or hate him you have to admit you're looking at an all time great in the making who, like it or not, is destined to dominate and win many more slams. The only fly in Djokovic's ointment could be peak Murray but how often is that going to show up?
