Default Fila R8 review

Hey, I'm tired of the lacing system on my Court Ballistec 4.3s tearing due to poor design. Normally I would go with Asics but I can get Fila's for a discount. Has anyone used these shoes and if so what can you tell me about them? How do they compare to Asics Gel Resolutions?

I keep seeing these and they have the similar look to me style wise (maybe only in my eyes) as some older Prince I liked. I want to try them but see the terrible reviews.
Has anyone liked them?

in the past they focused on durability, but starting with 2013 they are going for comfort and performance

sometime in january. the whole line is completely revamped. last, materials, sizing. focus is on comfort and performance, not durability
