So, the one place we went to that I want to mention is called 'Capt. Marcos Seafood' (http://captmarcosseafood.com). It is a 'hole in the wall' diner, but the food was excellent. Everything from the calamari appetizer, to the main course (I got the 'Seafood Rice for Two', and it was more like 'Seafood Rice for Three'), to the desserts (my wife got the flan, sister & brother-in-law got key lime pie & fried cheesecake) was plentiful, fresh, tasty, well seasoned, and well presented. My daughter got the beer battered shrimp, and they were colossal sized shrimp.

And here's the kicker: Total price (6 adult meals, 2 kids meals, appetizer, 3 desserts, two beers & pitcher of sangria) was $160, including tax & tip.

The owner (his name actually is Marcos) was there, walking around, serving tables, checking on everything. Highly recommend it next time you are in Naples.

Interesting location. I thought it would be west of the bay. Naples used to be one of my clients so I know the area fairly well.

Yeah, you would think it would be closer to the water, but maybe that's how they can provide such good food at reasonable prices: lower overhead.

We also ate at a place on 5th Ave called 'Citrus'. The food was excellent, but for the price we paid, you would expect that. The atmosphere was nicer, though, as we ate outside & 'people watched'.

Capt Marcos was a dive on the outside (the photo on the website is a flattering one), but again, the food & service was excellent.

It's been over a decade since I've been down there. I was going to take the week between Xmas and New Years off for a "staycation" 11 years ago. The boss said he needed me down there and put me in a room at the Cove Inn for a few nights. I worked during the day and my wife spent all my money shopping. The nights were fun though. It's really a great town if you can afford it. If not, then just visit on the company dime.

CB - you have a splitter on your MOCA set-up. I seem to be having occasional break-down of HD signals. Have any problem with this?

Maybe I need a better splitter and cables?

i had the same issue with you. Can't put a splitter on that MOCA adapter.
So what I did is the following:

How many cable lines do you have in your house? Try and use the one that's either shared between ur FIOS cable modem and ur MOCA adapter or the one with the dedicated connection. this way you can get the strongest signal. If it's unclear, give me a call later today and I can explain more indepth.

This is my set up:

Router (coax) to splitter in basement (A, B) - (coax) to A living room - (coax) to Splitter in living room by TV (A,B) - A (coax) goes to cable box, B (coax) goes to MOCA adapter.

Should work considering what's on the DSL reports website. My splitter is a bit old so I wonder if it has a high enough range. I'll try to give you a ring later.

Just ordered 2 yonex vcore tour 89 racquets. Woot!
If these don't work the next step is gamma big bubba!
Happy new year to me! ... And to twmac, of course!

Its been a long year in which i almost died in a fiery car crash and had family members die and new family members born.
I played some decent tennis before getting fat and then playing crappy tennis.
I might hage FINALLY figured out how to serve in 2012 though so I guess it was a good year!
Hope to see u all on court in 2013 and be able to shake your hand after beating you in the 3rd set tiebreaker!

Stay thirsty!

should work since u have a 4 way. u have a few options:
- since TV don't require as much bandwidth, u can try getting a 3way splitter and leave more
signal quality to moca.
- or call vz and tell them to increase juice by installing a booster. its free and it will improve ur signal. I will lean towards this option and say that u r getting a flaky connection.

Anyone have any intel on Tri Level Sectionals that is happening in two weeks? I've been checking the website, but no schedule has been posted (http://www.midatlantic.usta.com/USTA...=headernavsub2).

It would be nice to know if I'm playing Fir-Sat-Sun or Sat-Sun-Mon (they said its a 4-day event, but teams *should* play 3 consecutive days), since I have to get a hotel room, as well as *possibly* take a day off.
