What type of food should I eat before a match to give me some energy. I have a tendency to drag after the first set.

My favs. waffles no butter with lots of syrup. What I really think is the best is a very large potatoe no butter with a salad with no "leaden" ingredients like cheese or fatty dressing lots of water . During a match the best is rasins or extreme case a Milky Way.
