Both individuals are first class a********es. They don't need a reason to act this way. It's just what a*******es do.

Guys, it was staged. For an exo. That was a time when tennis players still had a sense of showmanship (and humor).

One thing I find different with Mac is that when he was younger, if things got too heated, he backed off.

As he got older, the new muscles gave him confidence because he has no fear of getting in anyone's face, like the Leander Paes deal.

McEnroe was taunting Connors the whole match. At point he looked like he is going to wack the ball at Jimmy on the other side of the court. Connors was no angel either, btw.

There used to be a video clip on the web called "McEnroe storms off" taken from that match. If it ever shows up again, watch it. It shows what Connors was upset about.

Ahh, the good ole days.
