I´m playing with the 16L love de power, control, spin and durability but i check that the 17 version has this properties compared with 16L
17 16L Stifness 189 230 Energy Return 83 88 Spin 6.6 5.9 Are those numbers real i mean does anyone feel the diference? also which one last more? Thanks i use APD Gt ith 50 lbs

I have been using the 17 gauge, but have used a a few sets of 16L a few months back. From what I remember:
The 17 had a bit more power, spin, and was softer. The 16L was a bit more controlled (predictable response), and lasted longer. The difference is noticeable, but only if you play with the 2 different strings back to back. Both are great |

I prefer the 17. I also played with the 18 gauge. Excellent for the first 3 weeks..after that it went dead. I strung it at 45 lbs.
