I've never seen my wife so civil in a political discussion before. She is hardcore conservative. Probably helps there were no alcoholic drinks at OTC but still. She's a pit bull once she gets to know you. I give it another 2 years and she'll talk off your head for 2 hours about politics.

too bad we had to cut short the discussion. we were just starting to get into it. i'm conservative on a lot of topics and not "married" to any political party. will vote for either side depending on who i think will do the better job. sometimes neither candidate is worthy so just punt.

It's funny, when I have discussions with folks who tend to vote the other way from me I almost always find there is a lot of common ground on a variety of issues.

I will be in Orlando this Monday for a month and can hit early in the mornings 8 am to 11, (not Monday though) or after 4pm.

If you want to try and find a pickup match down at Orlando Tennis Center (OTC), you can hang out there on the weekend mornings starting around 9 or so. You also might be able to find some people to hit with during the work week around lunch time.
