Man, it seemed like 05-10 was such a great five years for almost all brands, and 11, 12, and so far 13 have just been churning out hideous quasi 90's clothing and shoes.
Thankfully I stocked up on a lot of stuff that was simple, clean, and classy, or had cool patterns. The last few years stuff just seems garish. J

I've changed my mind about the Grey polo, I think it's beautiful if you see it on live, the problem is the price tag. $90!? Come on.

2009 was fantastic... all the polos were at least pretty.
2009 > 2007 > 2012 > 2011 (come one, that RG '11 was the beautiful shirt that Nike has ever made) > 2005 > 2006 > 2010. |

I like fed's pink and grey aus polo, I already pre ordered it, but I will not be buying much more special tennis outfits as nike's inflation is a monster. fed shirts go up in price ever year.

I personally only buy clearance clothing and usually try to pick my stuff up at stores like Ross, TJ Max, and Marshalls. At least there I can keep the cost ~$20 and only pay ~600% markup.

Isn't that strange? The material feels so much better and it fits me so much better than all my other polo's. Could just be Nike's inconsistency when it comes to quality? I did like the clay court crew's and the Hard court V-necks from 2011 but definitely the RG polo is the stand out item in my collection. I still haven't worn it yet.

I wasn't big on the looks of the 2011 French polo, but the quality was exemplary. Also the 2011 blue RF v-neck is possibly the best made shirt I own (tennis shirt that is lol).

It would be nice to see them step up the quality for this year's stuff but not sure that will happen. I bought a couple of last years polo's - the AO red and IW green and I thought the quality was really bad, didn't like the tapped shoulder seams either. |

----- From 2011 I have the clay season crew (in XL, I only wear crews a size above), Paris/Basel and WTF shirts. I love the fit/quality of all of them. |

The RF Henley. Now that was a cool shirt. Wish they could bring that style back.

All this modern clothing is a bit tacky for me. I just wear solid colors with no logos. I also prefer cotton these days to plastic clothing. The only thing I am have become a little picky about is shoes. I get irritated every time the phase out a good line of barricades. Lately I have been going back to Head which feel a little better after a break in. They have proven to be just as durable as well.
