^They're both playing with the previous models of the Tour100. The ozone tour ( 16x18 ) for Ferrer and Davydenko with the ozone pro tour (18x20 version).

I know Ferrer's is fairly light (330sh) and extended ( ~28in) with a hefty swing weight.

Davydenko also plays with a light stick (considerably lighter than Ferrer's) but more HH. Not sure if it's extended.

I was going to purchase some pro stock versions of the ozone tour a while back and remember that they were available in 55ra, 60ra and 65ra. They're lay-ups could be similar but don't know.

I made a switch to the diablo mid but came back to the exo tour 18x20. The diablo was just giving me wrist issues on and off. This time I've leaded it up the exo and will pray that i don't need to go to the extremes of a racquet change.

However in the last six weeks or so the Exo has really clicked for me. Playing some great tennis with them now and not at all wishing for the racket to be other than it is. I have no idea why it took so long for it to click for me, but glad I waited it out.
I think eventually this racket will totally click for me. The frame has such a different feeling to it than anything else I've hit with.

I recently got a minor wrist issue with the Exo Tour. It was just a one time thing on a forehand. Bad form on my part for 1 shot and I'm still paying for it weeks later.

That happens to me from time to time too Mikeler. I am not sure what about this racket causes that.

Can I be in the Club? I play with the EXO3 Red 105. Only differences I see are length (27.25 in.), head-size (105 sq. in.), 16 x 19, and slightly fewer grams in weight. I bet it plays pretty much like the EXO3 Tour 100.

Red 105 has stiffness of 63. Tour 100 has 52. Is that significant? Does it mean that the former is stiffer than the latter?

That is a considerable difference in stiffness. The lower the number the more flex the racket has.

before I pull the trigger, is there anything else out there that is nearly as arm friendly as the tour? Something that can also take a poly hybrid and remain arm friendly like the tour?

also, plan to go with TB/vanquish on a purchase to start with, but am really wondering how a full TB would play/feel???

Exo Tour is the softest frame I've ever used.

The entire line carries over, with the new sticks due out in early summer I believe.

I'm in. Coming from the Rebel 98 to Tour 100 16x18. So far, couldn't be happier.

One is strung with VS / PHT at 58 / 54 and the other with champions choice gut mains at 58 /54. Both set ups are great but I think I like the VS / PHT a little more.

I had some elbow issues developing and I played 8 sets Tuesday trading out Tours each set and I had zero issues the next day.

Had the same experience. Great spin production but I felt like I wasn't able to play offensively. Its a stick you cannot be lazy with either

That is my knock against this racket. I tend to extend points longer with it. It seems like I have more forced errors than winners versus other rackets.

I think player that likes to play with spin and consistency and long points will prefer the tour. Without lead, there just isn't enough penetration for me. Balls sit up and get punished.

How does the revel 98 stack up to the tour? I was really interested in getting one at one point. The review suggested a well rounded frame and was stable for a light weight. My groundstrokes and return of serve suffer noticebly from the lack of stability in stock form.

So I bought a used Exo Tour 16x18 last month. I took the lead tape off it and replaced the leather grip on it with the stock replacement grip. It still does not feel right, it is too heavy in the handle. Has anyone added or removed weight from the handle? If so, any tips on opening it up and peeking in there?

I think you'd hate using mine I prefer more weight on them everywhere. The EXO frames are too unstable at the stock 11.6 oz and not enough plow. Have you weighed and balanced the racquet so you can gauge how the one you bought compares to the stock 11.6oz / 7HL?

No, I don't have a balance board or scale. I don't seem to have stability problems at the stock weight plus I like the racket whippy.

Anybody have any tips on how to take off the butt cap so I can take a look in there?
