Default Reviw Request: Yonex vxore xi 98

Really interested if you think the new update solves the discomfort problems of the 98d

Gasolina,

We have actually playtested this racquet and just shot the video. The video should be up in a couple days with the written to follow in 1-2 weeks.

Quick question though - is it ok on the arm? Compared to the 98D?

It definitely feels stiffer than the 98D. With a full bed of polyester, I can definitely feel the effects of it after a long hitting session.

hello again... just saw the video of the review. Good job as usual.

A common thing I'm seeing about the stick is that its stiff but comfortable. Care to elaborate a little more? Does comfortable mean less shock on the arm notwithstanding any effects after your hitting session?

Correct. The racquet does a nice job absorbing shock from mis-hits. It's not as pingy.
