Just out of curiosity, how come there are main strings broken on either side of the racket??

Is it me, or does the grip somehow look bigger than it does on his "newer" frames?
Maybe he decided to use a slightly smaller one...

That grip is too big to be Federer's imo... maybe the previous owner used the racquet and added some size to it.

It's a 4 3/8 with only one overwrap. It does feel different to the retail ones. It's never been used since the Hewitt match.

An overgrip usually weighs 5 to 6 grams - plastic wrap would add a few grams but 8 seems a bit high.

No, he had already switched to the Tour 90 by 2003. In fact, he switched to the 90 in mid-2002.
